Pet Surgery FAQs for New Yorkers

Accent Divider Image

Are you a primary care center?

We focus exclusively on surgical services. We serve as an extension of each pet’s care team, and collaborate closely with primary care vets to ensure the best possible outcomes.

What if my pet’s condition is urgent?

While our team is well equipped and trained to handle a wide range of surgical cases, pets that are very sick or severely injured should be treated at a critical care facility.

What payment options do you have?

We offer a variety of payment options, including cash, all major credit cards, CareCredit (a credit card designed specifically for medical financing), and Scratchpay (which offers simple payment plans for medical financing, including some with zero interest).

Will my pet be scared or in pain during treatment?

At all times, we focus on balanced perioperative pain control. This means that from the moment our patient arrives to the moment they go home, we work to maximize their comfort.
