Are you a primary care center?

No. We focus exclusively on surgical services. We serve as an extension of each pet’s care team, and collaborate closely with primary care vets to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Will my pet need to stay in the hospital?
In most cases, your pet will go home on the same days as their surgery. Some pet’s may benefit from additional intravenous pain medications and monitoring immediately after surgery. We have partnered with Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG; located at 64st/2av) which is conveniently located and staffed 24 hours a day to provide expert care.
What if my pet’s condition is urgent?
While our team is well equipped and trained to handle a wide range of surgical cases, pets that are very sick or severely injured should be treated at a critical care facility.
What payment options do you have?
We offer a variety of payment options, including cash, all major credit cards, CareCredit (a credit card designed specifically for medical financing), and Scratchpay (which offers simple payment plans for medical financing, including some with zero interest).
